The world shifted under me,

but I kept moving,

because stopping meant feeling everything at once.

Some goodbyes don’t echo,

they hit like a serve you never saw coming...

final, clean, brutal.

But even in the silence after,

your name stays steady in my chest,

a rhythm I can’t unlearn.

And to what it’s worth,

you were cherished.

More than I ever said,

more than you ever knew,

more than this small world could hold.
